Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Consultation Attorney in Forest City, North Carolina. This role involves engaging with prospective clients across various practice areas, including Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Estates. The attorney will conduct consultations, evaluate legal needs, and connect clients with appropriate legal solutions.

Duties

• Conduct 6-8 consultations daily with prospective clients.
• Establish trust through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Offer strategic legal direction tailored to each client's situation.
• Convert prospects into retained clients by communicating the firm's value.
• Document client notes, case potential, and next steps accurately.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close engagements.
• Collaborate with intake, sales, and marketing teams to maintain a strong consultation pipeline.
• Track conversion metrics and refine consultation approach with feedback.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in NC, SC, or TN, or intent to obtain all licenses.
• Confident communicator-empathetic, clear, and persuasive.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in NC, SC, or TN.
