A law firm seeks a Consultation Attorney in Forest City, North Carolina. Duties

  • Conduct 6-8 consultations daily with prospective clients.

  • Offer strategic legal direction tailored to each client's situation.
  • Convert prospects into retained clients by communicating the firm's value.
  • Document client notes, case potential, and next steps accurately.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close engagements.
  • Collaborate with intake, sales, and marketing teams to maintain a strong consultation pipeline.
  • Track conversion metrics and refine consultation approach with feedback.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in NC, SC, or TN, or intent to obtain all licenses.
  • Confident communicator-empathetic, clear, and persuasive.
  • Motivated by connection, purpose, and results.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and performance-based growth.
  • Metrics-driven and motivated by achieving tangible goals.
  • Passionate about guiding clients with compassion and legal expertise.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in NC, SC, or TN.
