Duties

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings and conduct discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial.
• Engage in client interaction and management.
• Conduct case assessments and class/PAGA action data analysis.

Requirements

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of Labor and Employment litigation experience.
• Strong background in wage and hour class action and PAGA matters.
• Excellent verbal, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
