Duties

• Collaborate with governmental entities, municipal advisors, and underwriters to ensure timely bond transaction closures.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with at least five years of experience in public finance transactions.
• Experience in revenue bond financing and conduit borrowing.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
