Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate (Mid to Senior Level) in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 4 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Duties

• Analyze legal issues and conduct research for complex litigation.
• Draft briefs addressing sophisticated legal matters.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Engage in trial preparation, including creating outlines and exhibits.
• Manage cases, including discovery responses and document review.
• Collaborate directly with clients and experts.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Arizona.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in case management and strategic analysis.
• Law Review/Journal and/or clerkship preferred.
• Strong academic performance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
