Duties

• Prepare for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities.
• Handle file responsibilities and engage in motion practice.
• Conduct depositions and manage e-discovery software.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Arizona Bar license.
• Interest in real property litigation.
• Experience in trial preparation and courtroom procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
