Duties

• Manage high volume caseloads with attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and case management software.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in ADR or litigation when necessary.
• Analyze and evaluate cases to resolve client issues.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authority limits.
• Document all activities in the computer system.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Self-starter with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle deadlines and manage caseloads.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
