Duties

• Lead and manage litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
• Collaborate with a team to develop case strategies.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in litigation and case management.
• Proficiency in tort liability litigation and defense of health and human service providers.
• Experience with public entities and general business matters preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
