Trial Attorney

A law firm seeks a seasoned Trial Attorney in Century City, Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator with a minimum of 10 years in litigation and a strong record of first-chair jury trials. Duties

• Lead jury trials as first chair with support from associates.
• Conduct depositions of key witnesses and corporate officials.
• Prepare trial materials, including motions and jury instructions.
• Develop and execute trial strategy with leadership.
• Prepare witnesses and deliver examinations in court.
• Attend training sessions and implement consumer protection strategies.
• Report trial progress and manage case timelines.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong trial acumen and courtroom presence.
• Proficient in trial preparation and oral advocacy.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless environment.
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
• Willingness to travel within California.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar license in good standing.
