Duties

• Assist in managing litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in court appearances and depositions.

• Maintain client communications and provide updates on case progress.

Requirements

• Two to five years of civil litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
• Strong understanding of litigation practices and procedures in both states.
• Superior communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage short and long-term projects independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
