Duties

• Advise nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on legal matters.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in tax-exempt organizations/nonprofit law.
• Admitted to and a member in good standing of the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office location.
