Corporate Attorney

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on corporate transactions such as entity formation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and corporate governance.

• Draft and negotiate key documents, including shareholder agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and financing arrangements.

• Assist clients with regulatory compliance and risk management strategies across various industries.

• Provide strategic advice to business owners, executives, and investors on operational and transactional matters.

• Leverage existing client relationships to expand the firm’s business portfolio while identifying new market opportunities for growth.

Core Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree earned from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing within the jurisdiction of Massachusetts (or eligible for admission).

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in corporate law, with exposure to transactional work and client advisory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently and as part of a team.

• A partial book of business is highly desirable, reflecting your existing client network and business development skills.
