Duties

• Work on complex transactions involving public agencies.
• Provide legal support to cities and special districts.
• Advise on land use and planning matters.
• Attend public meetings and collaborate with agency staff.
• Review and draft contracts for public entities.
• Provide guidance on the Brown Act and Public Records Act.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Experience in public agency law.
• Advanced writing and research skills.
• Experience with public meetings and local officials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
