A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Patent Associate to join their team in Boston, MA, or work remotely supporting the Boston office. The role involves providing patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP across various industries.

Duties

• Provide patent prosecution services in software and electronics IP.
• Engage with clients across diverse industries.
• Collaborate on U.S. and foreign patent prosecution.
• Contribute to patent litigation as needed.

Requirements

• Familiarity with software and electronics is required.
• Experience with health and medicine is a plus.
• Prior firm experience and USPTO registration required.
• Industry work experience is advantageous.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent discipline.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
