Job Overview

A law firm seeks a team-oriented associate to join its Employee Benefits group in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in handling ERISA, employee benefit, and executive compensation matters.

Duties

• Design and draft defined contribution and benefit plans.
• Provide support for employee stock ownership and welfare plans.
• Assist with executive compensation programs.
• Offer merger and acquisition support.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral, research, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in project management.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Indiana preferred.

Skills

• Broad understanding of ERISA, tax, and related laws.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
