Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Real Estate group in Phoenix, Arizona. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, including institutional lenders, REITs, private equity investors, developers, and more, across various asset classes.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate loan documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
  • Assist with development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and workout matters.
  • Close real estate finance transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in real estate lending transactions.
  • Lender-side experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
