Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions to join their team in Costa Mesa, CA. The successful candidate will work within the Corporate Practice Group, focusing on M&A and Private Equity, and will be part of the 3rd through 6th year associate class.

Duties

• Assist in the execution of complex M&A and private equity transactions.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate matters.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of legal professionals.
• Conduct due diligence and draft transaction documents.
• Support clients in navigating regulatory challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A and private equity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
