Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced senior associate to join its professional liability team in Dallas, TX. This individual will assist in all facets of the litigation practice, including depositions, strategy development, case evaluations, hearings, legal research and writing, dispute resolution, arbitrations, and trials. The role involves direct client interaction, collaboration with attorneys and staff, and task delegation to associates and support personnel.

Duties

• Conduct mission-critical depositions and hearings.
• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.
• Participate in trials and client meetings.
• Collaborate with team members and delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably with construction experience.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar.
• Confidence in personal interactions and court proceedings.
