Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Transactional Tax Associate to join their Investment Funds Group in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will focus on partnership tax issues and support the Investment Funds Practice, bringing 4 to 6 years of experience in transactional tax, particularly with subchapter K partnership tax matters.

Requirements

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of California.
