Job Overview:

A law firm in Blandon, PA, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to manage all phases of civil litigation from case intake through trial. The ideal candidate will have a robust history of civil litigation experience and a demonstrated ability to achieve favorable client outcomes through effective negotiation and courtroom advocacy.

Duties:

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, trial, settlement negotiations, and appeals.
• Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and support, ensuring they understand their rights and the legal process.
• Maintain clear and prompt communication with staff and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best client outcomes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven track record of successful case management and courtroom advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.
