Job Overview

Duties

• Work on executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements and equity incentive plans.
• Handle matters related to Section 280G and Section 409A.

Requirements

• Substantial experience with Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Proficiency in Section 280G and Section 409A.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.
