Duties

• Manage all aspects of complex disputes and litigation.
• Work directly with clients and support the litigation team.
• Handle discovery with support from the eDiscovery team.
• Prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Draft motions and mediation statements.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership.

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation is highly valued.
