Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join their practice group in Stamford, CT, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in transactional commercial real estate and a strong desire to grow within the firm.

Duties

  • Review titles and surveys for real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate and close transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing, and leasing.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex real estate deals.
  • Manage transactions with increasing responsibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in transactional commercial real estate.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
