Duties

  • Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of significant experience in commercial real estate transactions.

  • Experience with data center leasing is advantageous.
  • Major law firm experience preferred.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

  • High level of academic achievement.
