A law firm seeks an early career Trial Attorney in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, and advocate in trials, all while benefiting from comprehensive support and innovative resources.

Duties

  • Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly.
  • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
  • Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations.
  • Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy or moot court experience preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of Texas.

Skills

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
