Job Overview

Duties

• Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
• Engage in litigation involving intellectual property and trade secrets.
• Conduct thorough legal research and present findings effectively.
• Collaborate with clients and co-counsel on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Three to six years of litigation experience, including intellectual property and trade secrets.
• Experience practicing in the District of Delaware.
• Admitted to the Delaware bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Delaware.

Skills

• Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents.
• Superb research and oral communication skills.
