Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Trust Finance Associate in Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with flexibility to be based in any state where the firm has an office. The ideal candidate will have one to five years of structured finance experience, particularly in representing trustees and/or collateral agents.

Duties

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• One to five years of structured finance experience.
• Strong work ethic, maturity, and effective communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State Bar admission required.

Skills

• Interest in finance or accounting is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in previous roles.
