Associate - Litigation and Merger Control

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled associate with expertise in antitrust litigation and/or merger control to join its team in Menlo Park, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and will be part of the 3rd to 7th-year associate class.

Duties

• Represent clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation and merger control matters.
• Collaborate with a global team of seasoned litigators and trial lawyers.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Engage in trial-ready strategies from the outset of each case.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills
