Duties

Requirements

  • Exceptional research skills with proficiency in Westlaw.
  • Submission of at least two legal writing samples demonstrating research abilities.
  • Entry-level candidates should have moot court, externship, or fellowship experience.
  • Experienced candidates should have prior federal litigation experience or have served as an appellate or federal law clerk.
  • Entry-level candidates must take the state bar before starting; experienced candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the state bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
