Duties

• Analyze and research sophisticated legal issues.
• Draft briefs for state and federal court motions.
• Participate in trials and hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Virginia Bar.
• Experience with motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification.
• Preferred experience in trials and depositions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar admission.
