Duties

• Advise on structuring and fundraising of private investment funds.

• Provide counsel on regulatory issues affecting asset managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with private investment fund formation.
• Knowledge of fund operational matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Illinois preferred.
