Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional analytical and writing skills. Duties

  • Draft and review transaction documents to achieve client business objectives.
  • Engage in commercial real estate purchases and lending activities.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Experience in a law firm with a substantial commercial real estate practice preferred.
  • Membership in The Florida Bar required.

Education

  • Top academic credentials preferred.

Certifications

  • Member of The Florida Bar.
