A law firm seeks a Corporate Attorney to join the Corporate Practice Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The attorney will assist in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, and capital restructuring.

Duties

  • Assist in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct contract review and drafting.
  • Engage in general corporate work.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

  • 5-12 years of law firm experience.
  • First or second chair experience on transactions.
  • Admission to the Michigan bar or willingness to become admitted.
