A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dedicated Junior Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law and will be responsible for representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.

Duties:

  • Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, and other injury claims.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and advise on case progress.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents in personal injury law.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury legal principles and procedures.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
