Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in corporate transactions, focusing on public M&A and take-private transactions.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition agreements and M&A documentation.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a challenging workload.
• Strong interpersonal skills and maturity.
