Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations and court hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain client communications.
• Collaborate with staff and associates to achieve the best outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar and eligible to practice law in California.
• At least one year of experience as an attorney.
• At least one year of experience in personal injury law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.
