Location:

Duties:

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications in life sciences and related technologies

• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and due diligence analyses

• Assist attorneys in developing IP strategies and managing global patent portfolios

• Prepare responses to USPTO and foreign office actions

• Stay informed on scientific advancements and IP legal developments

• Collaborate with inventors, researchers, and clients in high-growth sectors

Requirements:

• Demonstrated scientific expertise and understanding of complex technical concepts

• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary legal team

• Prior experience in a law firm or industry IP role is advantageous

Education:

• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant life sciences or health technology field such as:
