Duties

  • Develop strong legal strategies and persuasive arguments for hearings and briefs.
  • Represent veterans in VA disability claims with professionalism and dedication.
  • Write compelling legal briefs that advocate effectively for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the VA team to address questions and client concerns.
  • Attend hearings virtually and serve as a steady, confident advocate.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with experience in veterans disability law.
  • Strong advocacy skills and a commitment to client service.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in one of the following states: GA, KY, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WV.
