Job Overview

A law firm seeks a senior associate or counsel level attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in high-net-worth wealth planning to join the practice in the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and a solid understanding of estate, gift, and GST tax planning strategies.

Duties

• Manage large projects and interface with clients and their advisors.
• Independently draft legal documents related to wealth planning.
• Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive planning strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in wealth planning.
• Experience in estate planning at a law or accounting firm preferred.
• Enrollment in or completion of a related LL.M. program preferred.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California bar admission.
