Associate Attorney

Richmond Hill office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-2 years of experience with No-Fault litigation and/or insurance litigation and/or personal injury litigation. The candidate will attend Arbitration hearings and court appearances in NYC and Nassau County. Handle and manage litigation files including drafting pleadings and motion practice. Legal writing, drafting, editing, and research. Negotiate and settle cases. Must be admitted in NY (NJ admission is a plus).

The candidate must work well independently as well as in a team setting. Must be confident and have great interpersonal skills in the courtroom and be imperative amongst their colleagues.
