Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Investment Funds Associate to join their team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience managing structured securities offerings, with a strong background in commercial real estate law, focusing on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This role involves representing various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors in complex transactions.

Duties

• Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
• Represent clients in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Handle transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financings.
• Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals effectively.
• Produce timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Meet deadlines and perform work duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
• Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state where the office is located.
