A law firm seeks a full-time partnership-track associate with at least 2 years of experience in bank mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, or bank corporate governance for their Austin, Texas office. Duties

  • Assist with bank mergers and acquisitions.
  • Engage in capital raising activities.

Requirements
