Duties

• Assist with bank mergers and acquisitions.
• Engage in capital raising activities.
• Advise on bank corporate governance matters.
• Support bank operations and related regulatory issues.
• Contribute to financial services technology contracting.
• Participate in financial services product development.
• Work with FinTech or Emerging Growth Companies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic record and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• D.C. or Texas bar membership preferred, required within one year.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in D.C. or Texas preferred.
