Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join the Business Practice Group in Vestal, New York. This full-time position offers a mix of on-site and remote work opportunities. Duties

  • Provide guidance to clients on entity formation.
  • Draft and review contracts.
  • Represent clients in business and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Offer general legal advice to business owners and commercial landlords and tenants.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in business law preferred.
  • Admitted in New York or planning to take the New York Bar Examination.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
