Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in M&A, private equity transactions, private investments, complex restructurings, joint ventures, and other related transactions. Duties

• Lead M&A deals from inception through closing.
• Serve as the lead draftsperson for primary transaction documents.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of law firm experience focused on M&A and related transactions.
• Experience leading M&A deals and drafting transaction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
