Business Litigation Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Attorney with over 7 years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business law matters, from pre-litigation analysis to trial, in a dynamic and growing firm.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day responsibilities for business law matters.
• Conduct pre-litigation analysis and provide client recommendations.
• Draft and litigate various business agreements and employment law documents.
• Manage own caseload with a high degree of initiative.
• Participate in trials and arbitrations as first chair.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in business law.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience with corporate and employment law, including drafting and litigating agreements.
• Knowledge of trial and hearing procedures, including Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Colorado Bar License.
