Duties

  • Manage executive compensation disclosures for public companies.

  • Draft executive employment and severance arrangements.
  • Create equity and non-equity incentive plans.
  • Engage in significant client contact and handle matters independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of Washington or eligibility for admission.
