Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Career Associate with over 8 years of civil litigation experience to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves managing a large docket of cases for a major technology client, with opportunities to engage in financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation.

Duties

• Develop case strategy and drive fact development efforts.
• Draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents.
• Engage in discovery and e-discovery tasks.
• Participate in oral arguments to build client confidence.
• Manage cases and projects, ensuring proactive deadline management.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.
