Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate for its office in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will join the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group and contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and manage litigation cases.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in the Alabama Bar.
• Three or more years of litigation experience.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Qualified to practice law in Florida; other states preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Membership in the Alabama Bar.
