Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney specializing in energy and regulatory matters in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on advising data center developers and large energy users.

Duties

  • Advise clients on energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.
  • Communicate complex legal matters effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Participate in regulatory proceedings before FERC and state public utility commissions.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of significant law firm experience in relevant fields.

Education
