Duties

• Defend consumer class actions, including false advertising and product defect cases.
• Handle cases involving breach of warranty and consumer protection law violations.
• Brief class certification and summary judgment motions.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Manage e-discovery processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in class action defense.
• Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent case management skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California or New York.
