Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Fort Worth, TX. The attorney will manage cases from the filing of the Petition to jury trial, primarily involving motor vehicle accidents and some premises liability. The role requires handling cases in State and Federal courts with minimal supervision.

Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Conduct motion practice, mediations, and depositions.
• Engage with experts across multiple fields.
• Work primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and after-hours projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of personal injury trial law experience.
• First chair or significant second chair trial experience.
• Extensive deposition experience, including expert depositions.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Active member of the State Bar of Texas.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
